GUSTAVE 24 AT THE PARIS 2024 OLYMPICS
Wild Buzz Agency completely transforms the 24 lounge on the first floor of the Eiffel Tower
For OnLocation, the agency creates a venue for more than 10 000 ultra-VIP guests during the Paris 2024 Olympics. The brand chose the well-known 24 lounge on the Eiffel Tower’s first floor. The agency reimagines the entire room and one of the tower’s 4 galleries. To bring in the light and the view, Wild Buzz Agency designs a 100% mirrored space and turns the gallery into a suspended terrace. Shows, talks and other programming run throughout the competition. At the entrance to the tower, a bright lounge gives guests a place to wait before going up.

Transforming the Eiffel Tower. Quite a brief.
The 24 lounge transformed for 10 000 ultra-VIP guests
For OnLocation, the agency creates a venue on the Eiffel Tower’s first floor during the Paris 2024 Olympics. It completely transforms the brand’s chosen 24 lounge and one of the monument’s four galleries. To bring in light and views, WBA designs a 100% mirrored space and converts the gallery into a suspended terrace. A bright lounge at the entrance welcomes guests before they go up.
Mirrors solve a problem particular to the venue. On the first floor of the Eiffel Tower, the view is its greatest asset, but the structure filters natural light. Reflective surfaces amplify both, making the room feel larger and drawing the landscape into the lounge.
Producing an event in a monument like this brings exceptional technical requirements. Lifts and visitor hours constrain access and deliveries. Strict weight and size limits apply, installations must be fully reversible, and work on a listed site requires advance approval. Every set element has to travel up in pieces and be assembled on site.
Then there is the duration. Hosting more than 10 000 ultra-VIP guests throughout the competition, with daily shows and talks, is as much about running a venue as producing an event. It requires welcome teams, rotating services and daily maintenance of the setup.
We have developed this experience of running venues over time elsewhere, from Plaza Havana Club, which spent four years at Café A to the House of Flavor that brought Wingstop to France.
What a Paris event agency brings to sports events
A major sporting event presents both an opportunity and a risk. The audience is huge and the emotion is already there, but the competition belongs to its athletes and fans.
What matters is what the brand adds. It might be a place for guests to experience the competition differently, a hospitality programme worth travelling for or an activation that gives the public a reason to stop. These events often run for several weeks, with detailed accreditation, security and rights requirements.
Planning an activation around a competition, a hospitality programme or a venue to run during a sports event? Wild Buzz Agency, your Paris event agency, designs, produces and runs these events from start to finish.
