Lavazza
Chez Luigi by Lavazza : A pop-up gathering place in Paris
Showcasing Lavazza coffee in all its forms.
Wild Buzz Agency imagines a festive Italian house where coffee reigns supreme. In the kitchen, chef Simone Zanoni invites us to join him at his table. The largest table in Paris, in fact. It is 28 metres long, runs through 3 rooms and allows more than 100 guests to dine together each evening. On the ground floor, visitors will find a cocktail bar, a café, a free creative coworking space, a music stage and even a podcast studio. The venue is open from 18 to 27 November 2022.

Coffee is meant to be savoured. At Chez Luigi, it is meant to be experienced.
A pop-up Italian house where coffee reigns supreme
For Lavazza, we opened Chez Luigi, a festive Italian house in Paris from 18 to 27 November 2022. In the kitchen, chef Simone Zanoni invites guests to his table. The largest in Paris: 28 metres long, stretching through three rooms and bringing more than 100 guests together for dinner each evening.
A 28-metre table stretching through three rooms is more than a striking image: it presents a production challenge. Service must be planned so that guests seated at either end are served at the same time and their food is at the same temperature. Staff must be able to move around without interrupting the flow of the evening, and the acoustics must allow people to talk from one end to the other without a microphone.
On the ground floor, each space extends the brand's world and brings coffee to life in all its forms:
- A cocktail bar and café that open onto the house
- A free creative coworking space
- A music stage to set the pace for the evenings
- A podcast studio to give the venue a voice
Bringing together daytime coworking, an all-day café and an evening music stage means managing different audiences who come and go at different times. Each area must be able to switch from one use to another in a matter of hours, with cleaning, restocking and technical adjustments carried out without the next visitor noticing.
We have opened other brand houses on this model, from the Nina Illusion Café by Nina Ricci under the canopy at Les Halles to the House of Flavor, which brought Wingstop to France.
Your agency for gathering places and brand houses
A successful pop-up venue is measured not by the number of visitors on opening night, but by its ability to bring people back, get them talking and leave a lasting impression after it closes.
Do you want to open a brand house, a pop-up café or a gathering place for several days? An events agency in Paris, WBA develops the concept, produces the scenography, manages the catering and brings the venue to life throughout its run.
