QUILVEST INVESTOR DAY 2026

Discover the project

Quilvest Capital Partners chooses Wild Buzz Agency to design and produce its 2026 Investor Day for 200 guests, with 8 plenary sessions and a special dinner at the Palais de Tokyo.

For its 2026 Investor Day, Quilvest Capital Partners entrusts the design and production of a day and evening for more than 200 guests to the creative corporate team at Wild Buzz Agency. Eight plenary sessions structure the day, lunch with a view of the Eiffel Tower offers a break, and a special dinner at the Palais de Tokyo closes the event.

A day that brings together the investors of Quilvest Capital Partners

On October 14, 2026, Quilvest Capital Partners welcomes more than 200 guests to Paris for its Investor Day. The creative corporate team at Wild Buzz Agency is chosen to design and produce the whole event, from the first plenary session to the last drink.

The Palais de Tokyo provides the setting, with its raw spaces and views of the Seine. A simple set bathed in blue keeps attention on the speakers and conversations between investors and teams.

Eight plenary sessions, one thread

The day centres on eight plenary sessions, including the CEO address, presentations by investment teams and seated panel discussions. Each session takes place in a room designed for listening, with a simple stage, a large screen and tables arranged facing the speakers.

Behind the scenes, the production team coordinates speakers, content and transitions so the programme runs without gaps.

From lunch overlooking the Eiffel Tower to a special dinner

Lunch gives guests a break between sessions and a view of the Eiffel Tower. After dark, the Palais de Tokyo changes character. A long table dressed in white, floral arrangements, gold lamps and blue light carry the identity of the day into the evening.

The dinner, accompanied by piano, brings the Investor Day to a close in a more intimate setting for conversation.

Organising an Investor Day calls for precision

An Investor Day directly shapes the relationship between an asset manager and its investors. Content comes first, but the quality of the welcome, the flow of the programme and the care taken over every detail all shape what guests take away.

Designing and producing a corporate event from start to finish

An event of this scale involves several strands of work at once.

  • Event design and art direction for the day and evening
  • Scenography for the plenary and reception spaces
  • Technical production, including stage, screen, lighting, sound and show control
  • Lunch, dinner and hospitality
  • Speaker coordination and on-site management

At the Palais de Tokyo, this project shows what a Paris event agency can produce when it manages a financial corporate event from design through to production.
