Les Criques, BCG’s new seminar
Boston Consulting Group entrusts its annual seminar to Wild Buzz Agency, bringing 750 staff together for three days on the Giens peninsula.
Wild Buzz Agency designs and produces the annual Boston Consulting Group seminar, with three days for 750 staff on the Giens peninsula in the Var. Called Les Criques, the 2026 edition turns a corporate gathering into a Mediterranean break, with a boat shuttle, water activities, dinners beneath the pines and evenings by the sea. The agency coordinates everything from the first transfer to the final evening.
750 staff, three days, one peninsula
Bringing 750 people together for three days on the Giens peninsula starts with the experience and depends on making the logistics support it. Wild Buzz Agency devises Les Criques as a theme shaped by the Mediterranean: turquoise water, pine groves, long dining tables and evenings that stretch out.
From the group departure in Paris to the boat shuttle, each stage of the journey is part of the seminar. The experience begins on the way there.

Les Criques, an annual seminar conceived as a Mediterranean break

A seminar managed from start to finish
From creative design to production, Wild Buzz Agency takes charge of every aspect of the seminar:
- The Les Criques concept, art direction and visual identity
- Transport and logistics for 750 participants
- Scenography and layout for the welcome areas, plenary sessions and evening spaces
- Catering, seated dinners and dishes for sharing
- Activities and entertainment programming
- Technical production, staffing and coordination throughout the three days
A seminar of this size depends on continuity. Every transition, meal and evening is a moment that has to work.

Active days and evenings by the sea
The programme balances group activities with quieter moments. There is paddleboarding, kayaking, yoga and cycling in the pine woods by day, then dinners under umbrella pines, DJ sets and live saxophone at sunset. The goal is to give 750 colleagues the chance to spend meaningful time together.

Organising a corporate seminar for 750 people
Beyond a certain size, a seminar becomes a complex operation. Transport, accommodation, crowd flow, catering and safety all have to run alongside the programme. Success depends on managing that complexity without making it visible to participants.
A retreat that brings teams together
Getting people out of the office remains one of the most effective ways to bring teams together. A natural setting like the Giens peninsula provides both a backdrop and a framework. Its pace, distances and light give the seminar a character that no event room can reproduce.
This project shows what a Paris event agency can produce when it manages a large corporate seminar, from the first creative idea to the last shuttle home.
