JEAN PAUL GAULTIER
JEAN PAUL GAULTIER — LA FAVORITE
Jean Paul Gaultier and Sephora entrusted Wild Buzz Agency with the La Favorite launch pop-up at Les Halles: more than 10,000 visitors in 4 days.
For the launch of La Favorite, the new Eau de Parfum by Jean Paul Gaultier, Wild Buzz Agency created an immersive pop-up with Sephora under the Canopée des Halles, in the heart of Paris. From a Parisian café to the point of sale, the journey immersed visitors in the House's world. Over 4 days, from October 8 to 11: more than 10,000 visitors, over a hundred influencers and thousands of pieces of content shared.
La Favorite takes up residence under the Canopée des Halles
For the launch of La Favorite, the new Eau de Parfum by Jean Paul Gaultier, Wild Buzz Agency created an immersive pop-up with Sephora in the heart of Paris, under the Canopée des Halles.
The installation brought the House to life through its signature codes: deep red, gilded accents, a reimagined Eiffel Tower and bottles displayed like precious objects. A journey designed from start to finish, from a Parisian café to the point of sale.

Turning a fragrance launch into a Parisian destination, from café to point of sale

From a Parisian café to the point of sale
Visitors entered through a façade bearing the Jean Paul Gaultier name, then settled into the La Favorite café: bistro chairs, red carpeting and a table set in the fragrance's colours. A photo backdrop featuring gloved hands invited everyone to pose and share their moment.
The journey concluded at the Sephora point of sale, where visitors could discover, try and purchase the Eau de Parfum.

A launch designed to be shared
Beyond the on-site experience, the pop-up was designed as a stage for content creation. More than a hundred influencers came to discover La Favorite, generating thousands of pieces of content shared over the four days.
Concept, production, logistics, influencer engagement, content and press relations: Wild Buzz Agency managed the entire project for a House that once again placed its trust in the agency.

The retail pop-up as a launch driver
A fragrance launch plays out as much at the point of sale as it does on social media. By setting the experience in a high-footfall location like the Canopée des Halles, the brand reaches a broad audience, turns discovery into a memorable moment and extends the event through content from visitors and influencers.
Designing and producing an immersive pop-up
Creating an experience of this kind means managing several workstreams in parallel:
- Creative concept and art direction for the visitor journey
- Pop-up production and installation
- Logistics and operations over four days
- Influencer programme and content production
- Press relations
Under the Canopée des Halles, this project illustrates what a Paris events agency can deliver when it leads a brand launch, from concept to publishing content online.
